brooches for all

since i now have cats, i'm required by law to begin collecting cat-themed stuff. which is fine by me, as long as it's adorable.

i hadn't heard of lea stein until i visited the randolph street flea market, where i found a variety of her plastic jewelry. it is vibrant and whimsical, and the styles below are a few of my favorite brooches. look, it's literally a calico cat!
